SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie 2 Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services on the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering expert services like new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency explained it is actually alarmed with regard to the large range of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your high quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no thoroughly functional office devoted to service the area on a daily basis. The support position designed for intervention activities a significant inflow of likely beneficiaries, which makes it tough for the office to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more resources to permit the servicing of all clients and website increase use of Social Assistance companies,” the read more agency said.
